Yes. Start with the service level that fits today and move up or down as your reporting needs evolve. Changes take effect from the next monthly billing period.
What does Managed mean?
Managed is NorthernClarity’s fully managed reporting service. You upload the agreed ERP or Excel data, and NorthernClarity operates the Finance AI Workspace workflow and prepares the reporting package. It is an outsourced reporting process, not an outsourcing of your entire finance function.
What does Assure include?
Your finance team operates the workflow, while NorthernClarity reviews the agreed controls, exceptions, and outputs. This is operational review and control support, not an audit or statutory assurance engagement.
Is implementation mandatory?
Yes. Every customer receives a scoped implementation. For the 90-day pilot, the standard implementation work required for the agreed pilot scope is included in the €3,000–€5,000 pilot price. Historical migrations, custom integrations, source-data correction, and other Optional Services are quoted separately.
Can you integrate with our ERP?
Standard Excel and CSV exports can be used without an ERP integration. Direct ERP integrations are available as scoped implementation work when required.

A reporting entity is any company, sub-group, branch, reporting unit, or business unit that produces a separate monthly reporting package in the workflow.
When does Enterprise pricing apply?
Enterprise pricing is discovery scoped for complex group structures, more than 10 reporting entities, legal consolidation requirements, SSO, API integrations, or other custom controls.
