Hosting and processors
The public site and Finance AI workspace use managed Google Cloud infrastructure and supporting service providers for functions such as identity, storage, analysis, email, logs, and customer support. Detailed subprocessor, regional processing, and contractual information is available during customer due diligence.
Customer data
Finance files, reporting data, prompts, and generated outputs are handled as customer workspace data. Access should be limited to authorized users and agreed implementation or support needs.
Retention
Retention depends on the customer relationship, workspace configuration, support needs, legal obligations, and backup or recovery procedures.
